Qana is definitely, as others have noted , located in an out of the way location, and yes you will think your GPS is lost its mind. That said, it is worth seeking out. The exterior is not much to look at, but inside is welcoming.
The menu is fairly typical for a "Mediterranean" restaurant, but the prices are excellent.(Seriously, I did not take menu pics because the prices have not changed at all since the 2017 menu pics posted here).
Food wise I went with the spicy fried tomatoes with ground beef, just to try out something beyond the usual and it was fantastic. I would have liked it with a bit more heat, but the spice came from the abundant garlic. The pita it was served with was definitely freshly made and well above average. If I had any complaint at al, I would have liked it served with rice. To combat the acidity of the tomato.(I will order extra rice next time).
As has been said many times, the service is friendly and personable.
There is much more to try. I will be back. If you are near Benbrook check it out! -

This is a family-run establishment. The wife or daughters are usually out front and the husband is cooking. Everything is fresh and hot when it comes out. The falafel here is awesome. So are the hummus, babaganoush and fried cauliflower. Last time I ventured out and tried the fish, it was good too. The inside is very basic and nothing to brag about. The sign in the window is wooden letters, like from Michael's craft store. The neighborhood doesn't look the best but we have never seen any wanderers or had an issue. It's BYOB and if the weather is nice there is a small outside patio.

This is a real hidden gem. I am always amazed it's still in business every time I pass by. The food is all very good, although we always end up spending a lot of money here, as we want to try so many different things. I like the hummus a lot, and the grape leaves are great. My wife loves the lentil soup. We often get one of the sampler plates, and we have no trouble eating all of us, as it's so good. They used to be quite warm in the summer as the AC is not great, but we haven't tried it yet this year. I'd love to see more people come here, as I think if it had more business, it would give them incentive to invest more in the place.

The food is fantastically executed. Service is cordial. The salt balance on each dish was delicious. The Fool (fava bean-based dip) had a satisfyingly savory texture and flavor. Everything's good. Ambience is awesome. It's been a while since I've had such wonderful Mediterranean cuisine.

We got the Fool, Mediterranean platter, and kafta plate. Everything was amazing. Definitely will be going back. 10/10. Great grape leaves, hummus, falafel.
